Char Clark worked for Medical Service Corporation for 14 years developing insurance skills in all phases from claims processing, customer service, and marketing.

After leaving MSC, she started her own agency and has been very successful for over 15 years. She is licensed in Health, Life, and Disability, and is certified WBE in the state of Washington since 1991 (certification #W2F5109131).

Her clientele includes businesses in all types of industries including farms, medical offices, manufacturing and construction.

Char's contacts and claims experience proves extremely beneficial for  "unresolved" claim problems and billing and enrollment questions.

We also use a consulting attorney who has 25 years in employee benefit law and knowledge of local insurance carriers. His expertise has been very useful over the years.
